Hello,

My husband's EAD/AP status changed to RFIE yesterday. I would like anyone's suggestion on what it could be as we probably have more than a week to wait for the letter.

Any ideas? It doesn't seem too much to be required.

We later did. But only sent two in the first package. Others in our filer thread said they sent six, so we later sent four more.

I also used the wrong name, so we sent a second package as soon as we got the NOA's. We sent the photos, a letter explaining what happened, a photocopy of his TXDL and Sam's Club card, copies of all the NOA's and two new biographical pages.

I am wondering if the RFE would be over one of the things we covered in the second package, so the day of his biometrics, we called the USCIS and asked what his name is on the case now. They COULDN'T tell us!!! They didn't know what he name was showing, but said that if we sent that information they would have updated the case. The confusing thing is that we have a letter in his current legal name, so we figured it must have been changed.
