Which mailing address to use?

Planning on filing my N-400 today, which is sent to Arizona office. I see a PO box address and a street mailing address to be used for "express mail and courier service." I do want to track my package and get a certified return receipt. Does that mean I should send to the full street address instead of the PO box? Any information about what is the correct address for this purpose would be much appreciated. Thank you.

You should be using the address you are registered under with USCIS, it should match - the street mailing address.

Udella&Wiz misunderstood you.

Express Mail refers to USPS Priority Mail Express, and courier service refers to UPS and Fedex. These need to be sent to the full address because they need a signature to be delivered.

USPS's regular Priority Mail can be sent to the PO box, and has the options for tracking and a return receipt. I used this option, because tracking comes included, but I did not request a return receipt.

It just depends on what you want to use.

i used usps priority mail. cheap and effective. just get the option with tracking. a postbox is actually safer than someone signing for it.
