Form I-134 validity until Feb 29, 2016

Hello VJ MemberS,

The US EMBASSY in Bahrain has contacted me to complete more documents prior to my interview and one of the required document is I-134 but I have checked the FORM from USCIS and the form expiry date is on 29th Feb of this year. Today is already Feb. 17 and I am just thinking to wait until next month so maybe USCIS WEBSITE will have a new I-134 as I was thinking if my fiance will submit to me the I134 , by the time if my interview which is I am assuming month of March, the form is already expired. Any advise if we shall proceed to submit the FORM now or is it better to wait for NEW I-134?

Thanks a lot who can give me some advise about this.

September 21, 2016 - EAD and AP APPROVED via USCIS case status (Sept. 21 in the morning, EAD status was "NEW CARD BEING PRODUCED" and same day in the evening EAD and AP = APPROVED :dancing: )
September 26, 2016 - EAD and AP Approval Notice Hardcopies Received by Mailbox
October 5, 2016 - EAD case changed to CARD WAS MAILED
October 11, 2016 - Combo Card (EAD/AP) status changed to CARD WAS DELIVERED TO YOU BY THE POST OFFICE
October 11, 2016 - Combo Card received :) when I checked our mailbox at 4pm
October 12, 2016 - Went to SS Office and changed my name to married name
**No Interview for I485 :dancing::idea::dancing:
November 17, 2016 - Green Card status APPROVED and in the afternoon it changed to NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED :dancing:
November 23, 2016 - Card was mailed to me
November 25, 2016 - Card was picked up by USPS
November 26, 2016 - Green Card received in the mailbox : :dancing:

American Mission Hospital sent my K1 Medical Examination Result to US Embassy: March 13, 2016 ( I have received a call from AMH to collect my copy of vaccination report & Medical Examination Result & also AMH informed me that my K1 medical forms has been delivered to US Embassy on this date)

Packet 4 (Interview): March 14, 2016 (I have received a call from US Consul Specialist & she informed me about my interview)

Interview Date: March 17, 2016 at 3:00pm (APPROVED)

Visa Issued: March 21, 2016

Visa Received (On Hand): March 21, 2016 at 1:30pm (US Consul called me to pick up my passport/visa between 1:00-1:30pm)

POE: Abu Dhabi Airport, May 14, 2016

Applied SSN: May 16, 2016

Received SSN Card in hand: May 20, 2016

Married: June 18, 2016

I don't see why you can't use a currently published form from the official location that it is provided. It isn't your problem they haven't revised it. I would say there is no problem with doing it now as you put the date you currently complete and sign it.
