Hello,

I am trying to file a K1 fiance visa for my fiance and I who is an English citizen. I'm trying to understand everything and it all seems so much and I feel completely bogged down and worried. I live in Florida but everyone is saying the California service center is quicker? Should I just send my paperwork to them? Also, can someone send me a complete checklist of what all I need to send them? Thanks so much. There's just so much information!

I suggest you use a laptop or PC. It is extremely difficult to use a phone for beginning a petition.

You need to follow the guides. Read them thoroughly and several times over. Research the K1 forum.

You have to send your petition to the Dallas lockbox (if using USPS). They will direct you to the appropriate service center. You cannot pick however I believe only CSC is processing K1s for now.
