Hello vj am a first timer here, my pd is Oct 21 2014, approved by USCIS by February nd transferred to NVC, we've summitted all d civil documents nidded including AOS nd form DS-260. On my DS-260 form it says case completed on Jan 12 2016, jst want to knw wen I shld expct my interview letter, dis waiting period hasn't bin so easy wit my lil daughter, I miss my husband soo badly...

Okay it would help if you filled out your timeline. I am confused what you are saying. You said on your DS-260 form it says case complete ? Huh the from is submitted online.

When did you call NVC last? And you verified with them you have Case Complete January 12,2016?

The big thing for you is your PD is not current. They are just on 22SEP14 So you have at least another month before you are current. So you are not yet in the interview queue until you become current.

You may possibly get a May or June date. All depends the slots available for your Visa type.

Am on F2a visa category, I tink am only mistaking d date I completed my ds-260 online form as my case completed date, jst reading other threads nd jst getting to knw dat case completed means another thing. Tnx for d reply. Will jst kip my fingers crossed till my case bcomes current.
