Hi VJ members I am new to the forum My Pd is Oct 27 but my case is not complete yet NVC lost my AOS documents and send an email to send it again but my Agent told me not to send it again really confu

@Babu-INDIA yes called them this morning, and i got the same message visa not available yet.

@nab-400, I am sure you will also get it because other friend Agv same as your PD 30OCT2014 received IL 3May2016 at Mumbai consulate.

Usually the consulate you applied to attend interview is busy?

04/05/16- USEM Interview=221G re:NBI clearance-addition of misspelled name in marriage certificate as an AKA for wife :shocked:

04/19/16- Mailed new NBI clearance with AKA via 2GO

04/21/16- 2GO document out for delivery to USEM

04/22/16- Case touched, still AP

04/27/16- CEAC status changed ISSUED :dancing:

04/30/16- Visas on hand!!!; ELIS fees paid

05/03/16- CFO done: Immigrant Data Summary detached in all visa packets :ranting:

Sorry late update. Just too busy at work and weredue moving to other house.. My Pd is oct 6 and my iL is on ApriL 5 at manila us embassy at 7:30.

-and also i would like to askk this.. I scan my w-2 and send it to the philippines via email. But when they printed out the w-2 copy is in the larger prints.. Is that ok? Or they need the actual size?

as long as the whole w2 is visible, you should be ok
