For the first Letters of Intent, to be sent with the 129f petition package, you would use this address:

United States Department of Homeland Security

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

[ADDRESS OF FILING LOCATION]

Then for the second round of Letters of Intent to be brought to the interview you would use this address:

United States Department of State

United States Consulate, [name of country where Embassy is located]
[Embassy Address]

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
