Hi cristina16,

My Fiancee and I are also processing K1 Visa and got an approval last January 19, 2016.

I would like to know if you are the one (from the Philippines) calling to NVC to get your MNL Case Number? If so, how can I contact NVC from the Philippines and what is the best time (MNL Time) to call them?

Thank you in advance! :)

Hi Ana, Yes I was the one who called NVC but I called them when I was in San Diego visiting.

I suggest let your fiance call NVC, it will cost you a lot on phone calls calling them from Phils. When calling NVC you will be waiting for several minutes to hours before your call can be attended to. That will be a local call for your fiance.

If your visa was approved last January 19, it's too soon to call now.

If you really wanted to call from Phils, call them starting 8pm Manila time; that is around 7am EST.

dial 001 + NVC Number. Be ready with your MNL number, they may also asked you some questions for verification.

Phone (for immigrant visa inquiries only):

(603) 334-0700. Customer Service Representatives can speak with you Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight EST, excluding holidays.
