Failure to Do so will result in denial. you must submit the information within 87 days to the foloowing address blah blah blah

YOU ARE INELIGIBLE FOR INTERIM EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION PURSUANT TO TITLE 8, CODE OF FEDRAL REGULATION, SECTION 103.2 (B) (10) (II) UNTIL 90 DAYS AFTER THE MISSING INITIAL EVIDENCE IS RECIVED.

1--- W-2S, 1099S AND ALL SCHEDULES SUBMITTED TO THE IRS------- A COPY IF HIS/HER FEDRAL INCOME TAXES RETURN WAS SUBMITTED

2--- FEDRAL INCOME TAXES RETURN FOR MOST RECENT TAX YEAR

3---EVIDENCE OF CURRENT EMPLOYMENT

i just recived this stuff

my questions is

am on k-1 visa and applying for work authorization

and adjustment of status

am the husband

and my wife is american

which papers they need?

her papers or mine?

i just worked for 3 months in USA

and i didnt made the income minimum to file tax

plus number 3) i already sended them that papers

so what the hell is going on?

and also

this RFE got the recipt number for the adjustment of status

not the EAD

so am still going wait more 90 days for the work authorization?

your RFE is for your I-485 (AOS). Your AOS and your EAD is put on hold for right now! You are not allowed to work in the US until you receive your work authorization!!!

you are not allowed to work!!!! thats why you applied for a work authorization....

They want all that stuff from your wife, not from you. only the USC has to send in the tax return and the other papers required!

Even if you sent all the USC tax returns, employment letter and W-2s, go ahead and send it all in again.

They are looking for the required supporting documentation for your wife's I-864 affidavit of support. Her complete income tax return, as filed with the IRS, and something from her employer - a letter, pay statements, or both - to confirm her present employment.
