Hello Everyone. My family(wife and daughter) will going for Interview by the end of this month at the Accra Consulate. We have all our documents ready and well organised. What are the likely questions that they may ask my wife.? And will the consular officer ask us for DNA because NVC never requested for it. I also did not include a brief explanation of how my wife and I met. I hope that wont be a problem. Your views will be appreciated. thanks

Go to the guides and look at questions that may be asked. Basically it's about knowing you and the relationship. Really nothing to study or rehearse.

A DNA test maybe asked for. You never know. NVC doesn't ask for DNA test the embassy would. You won't know until after interview.

How old is your daughter?

How you met is for K1 filers. If she is asked she can tell them.

4/7/2020: Card being produced
4/8/2020: Approved
4/10/2020: Card mailed
4/15/2020: 10 year green card received

Thanks brother for the informatiom. My daughter is 18 months now.

When was the last time you saw your wife and child. Many times that has a barring on if DNA will be asked for if they don't believe you are the father or your wife the mother even.

The last time i saw my wife was during our marriage in 2013 and she gave birth in 2014. So for my child I have not been home to meet her physically but we do video chat alot.
