If the adoption procedures had been completed through the court, you have nothing to do with your biological parents. From the date the judge signed the court order, everything about your "parents" will be about the adoptive parents.

So would I ever be able to petition for a green card for my biological parents?

No. because they have no formal/ official ties to you anymore, since you are legally adopted.

hi

ditto

legally adopted means your biological parents gave up their rights, they are no longer considered your parents, so your adoptive parents are your parents

you cannot file for anything for your biological parents
