Does anyone know if there is a 1(800) number for National Visa Center?

I am particularly hoping that it will work from the West Indies.

For Visa services, there is none, info here http://travel.state.gov/about/info/how/how_308.html#citizens. Use Skype or Yahoo Voice while overseas, they charge $0.02 and $0.01/minute respectively, for calls to the US.

05/19/2015 - Received NOA

06/02/2015 - Biometrics Appointment

06/04/2015 - In line

08/06/2015 - Interview scheduled per USCIS website

09/11/2015 - Interview - PASSED!

09/18/2015 - Received oath letter

09/22/2015 - Oath Ceremony

Yes, this is the number for NVC. They do not have any toll free number. Just keep trying and trying. Sometimes, calling after 9 p.m. Eastern will enable you to find an operator live. You can also send them an email (NVCINQUIRY@state.gov) to inquire about.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
