Mine is a full on GCSE project: tabs hanging off the bottom, acco clips on the top, title pages, indexes... I was tempted to put in a hyphothesis, method, results and conclusion...

I didn't hole punch it at the top, though. I briefly imagined myself as a clerk sorting all this ####### out, and I figured that the most enjoyable part of filing each submission would be to wedge it all into a hole puncher and give it a good old smack. I didn't want to steal their thunder.

I am almost ready to file - have lot of papers and lot of information in those papers.

I was thinking of putting post-it notes on lot of papers indicating the information like

entry and exit stamp in the passport etc etc (lot of small and big details). As it turns

out there would be lot of these post-it notes over lot of these papers. So now I am

thinking..would these be annoying? Would they really read what I wrote on those

post-its? Anybody done this? any suggestions.

dont use them.

they dont care ..they just want the proofs. save the post its for the interview.

I've heard that they CO loves to receive nice and neatly organized files. Let just say I tried my best.

I saw my husbands file once. It was a mess.

I don't think Post-it notes are a good idea. Many of the documents/copies you send are self-explanatory, the rest you can write directly on the copy--no need for a little yellow note.

We had our AOS interview recently and it seemed like every paper we ever sent them was in the big file on the interviewer's desk--it was 3-4 inches thick. Just imagine if all those papers had yellow sticky notes--what a mess!!!
