2) i got my tax transcript for the last 3 years from IRS. DO i still have to send them copy of my W-2 's and my own copy of tax returns?

thanx in advance

I sent copies of last 3 months of pay stubs. For the Tax stuff, I sent last 3 years of transcripts and corrosponding W-2's only. No need to send in your actual tax return.

Good luck.

The instructions say that if you have the official transcripts from the IRS you do not need your W-2s (only if you don't have the transcripts and are sending copies of the tax return you filed).

Not certain about the Stubs - I doubt it is 6 months worth. I think you need a letter from your employer too. Am at this stage too - figuring it out.

I only sent in 2 pay stubs. I would imagine that would be okay, since my case was completed by the NVC. I also sent in 3 years worth of tax transcripts, like you said you have.....and 3 years of w-2's. As the other response said, you don't need the actual return....transcripts are fine.
