P.O Box address VS Physical address and Copies of passport-K1 Visa

Hello again!

We are getting all the paperwork ready for the K1 visa and i have a few questions:

1. Does anyone know if on I129 Form-Questions 2 about Petitioner's mailing address we can put a P.O Box address and on Biographic form G325 the physical address? The reason why it's because my fiance is selling his house, will move in the next few months and we don't want to lose any important documents if sent to this address. We are going to attach a letter explaining the reason of use of Po box to receive correspondence.

2. Copies of blank pages of our passports should also be included or only the ones with stamps? Since it says "All pages of passport".

1. What you are doing is correct. You can't live in a PO Box (I work at a bank and I deal with that on a regular basis)

2. I would say if it says "all pages", send them all pages. It certainly won't hurt your case :-)

I used a PO Box as Alien Fiancee's mailing address in Part 2 of the I-129F. Received NOA2 without problems.

On the G-325, I put her residential address.

I too wanted to make sure she will receive mail as I don't like Thai street addresses and all mail gets dumped into a big basket for the tenants of the apartment house to rummage through.

As to the passports, the US citizen must send in a birth certificate OR all pages (including blank) of the US passport to verify citizenship. (I sent both)

I sent in the picture page of my fiancee's passport along with pages that had exit-entry stamps that matched mine to provide evidence of meeting in person (We took a weekend trip to Singapore together)
