WELL ALL VJ'ERS I HAVE MY CR1 VISA INTERVIEW ON...

FRIDAY THE 13TH APRIL 2007 :D:wub::dance: :energetic: :luv::dancing::thumbs:

Quite a coincidence as I just got home,

from having my blood work done by my G.P.

And will have the results back by next friday :blush:

So all I now have to do is get in to see,

Dr Miller, in North Adelaide

(Got to call Monday)

To speak with Joan

(lovely Receptionist),

to make a appointment for x-rays.

Am sooooooooo Happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oct 09, 07: AOS Approved

Oct 13, 07: Green Card in hand

ya gotta tell the other aussies too mate..they will be rapt for ya mate..

dont forget to get a full copy of the medical from doctor miller...

11th Aug 2008 - Mailed I-751 to CSC.

12th Aug 2008 - Application received

14th Aug 2008 - Cheque cashed

18th Aug 2008 - Received NOA-dated the 12th

26th Aug 2008 - Received Biometrics letter

4th Sept 2008 - Biometrics-Detroit-Complete-'Touched'

5th Sept 2008 - 'Touched'

1st Dec 2008 - APPROVED-Card production ordered -112 days

8th Dec 2008 - USCIS mailed approval notice.

8th Dec 2008 - Received my 10 year Greencard in the mail. took 2 days.

Although I have the above date for approval my card actualy states the

2nd December..

107 days from mailing AOS package to receiving green card! Received 6/27/07 dated 6/20/07

Removing conditions:

mailed 5/22/2009

Recieved at CSC 5/23/2009

Check cashed 5/27/09

NOA date 5/26/09 - still not received

I-551 stamp in passport 6/19/09

Biometrics notice date 6/16/09

Biometrics received 6/20/09

Biometrics apt date 7/9/09

Biometrics cancellation notice 6/27/09

Biometrics apt notice date 6/26 recieved 7/7

Biometrics apt 7/22/09

Touch 7/22/09

Finally able to see online info 7/22/09

Card production email 8/19/09 date ordered 8/18

Recieved approval letter in mail 8/19/09 date 8/13!

Touch 8/19

Email stating approval notice sent 8/24/09

Green card in hand!! 8/24/09

Husband joined army and moved from San Diego to Ft. Benning GA! 8/30/11

Filed N400 based on 5 years of residency 9/12/12

Recieved email notifcation recieved package 9/19/12

Biometrics 10/22/12

Early Biometrics 10/04/12

In line for interview 10/8/12 for 8 days

Interview 11/20/12 PASSED!

TO EVERYONE WISHING MYSELF AND CHERYL GOOD LUCK THANKYOU ALL :thumbs:

HERE'S A UPDATE SO FAR......

CR1 VISA AS WE HAVE BEEN MARRIED UNDER 2 YEARS.

(WE GOT MARRIED HERE IN ADELAIDE DOWN GLENELG BY THE BEACH 13TH MAY 2006)

ONLY ONE VISA APPOINTMENT NEEDED.

THEY EITHER STAMP MY PASSPORT,

AND GIVE ME THE MYSTERIOUS BROWN ENVELOPE ON THE DAY,BEING A FRIDAY,

THEY MIGHT JUST SEND IT TO ME IN THE MAIL

OR THEY WILL POST IT OUT TO ME IN MY PREPAID ,

PRE ADDRESSED 3KG AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS SATCHEL.

HAD NATIONAL POLICE CLEARANCE CHECK WITH FINGERPRINTS AND PALM PRINTS,

DONE IN DECEMBER 2006 (GOOD FOR 12 MONTHS).

HAD A PHYSICAL WITH MY LOCAL GP AND I ASKED HIM THURSDAY(8TH MARCH 2007)

TO TAKE BLOOD AND AS EXTRA VIAL TO TEST FOR IMMUNIZATIONS I MIGHT NEED.

AS WELL AS HIV AND SYPHILLIS.

I GET THE RESULTS BACK ON 16TH MARCH FRIDAY AND,

GOT MY XRAY'S & MEDICAL BOOKED FOR MONDAY 19TH MARCH 2007.. :dance:

THEN MY VISA INTERVIEW APOINTMENT ON

:unsure: FRIDAY 13TH APRIL..2007 :dance: AT 10.00AM.

ANYONE ELSE GOT A APPOINTMENT IN SYDNEY THAT DAY?

IF SO "LETS DO LUNCH" :pop: LOL :lol:
