Thanks for the info, all. I would have factored her address has to be updated knowing that once I get NOA2, she be getting stuff in mail as well for medical, interviews, or whatever they think she has to do. Right?

Nope. Nothing of importance arrives in the mail. Everything for the visa application process is online. Don't need the new address until visa delivery after the interview. You use the new address USTRAVELDOCS and on the DS-160... all will be fine.

no.

all handled online with ustraveldocs.com/ph

any letters needed? available for download from that website or cgiforce or where ever it jumps to.

in fact, if she pays the visa fee, gets online to self-schedule,

there is no mailing, postal mail stuff, what-so-ever.

Maybe it's time to reread Hank_ 's Handy-Dandy, Neeto-Keen (Yet Spiffy!) Guide to SuperFast K1 Visa Chasing for Manila IV. How to find the link? Visit VJ from a pc, having 'view signatures' enabled in yer user profile, then find ANY one of Hank_ 's 59,435 posts here, and click the link in his signature area.

Don't use a handphone for this, as handphones suck and you'll never the the url needed for the clickthrough.

Then, once you find Hank_ 's Handy-Dandy, Neeto-Keen (Yet Spiffy!) Guide to SuperFast K1 Visa Chasing for Manila IV (cause you clicked through) then READ IT! Spend 3 days reading all, clicking through, all from a PC.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
