How to check my case status

I keep checking the status of my visa. Everytime i check it here, this will give me the same answer that says my case status was sent to USCIS... Is there any way that i cam check my status in detailed? Not giving the same answer like 4 months ago??!

How far are you in this Visa process? Just started and waiting on I-130 approval (at USCIS) or past your interview? ... :time:http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/intro.php

Why would your case be sent back to USCIS when waiting for an interview date?? .. You should be done with NVC then the case gets sent to the US Embassy in the beneficiary's country waiting for an visa interview date.

Without a timeline its hard to decipher what is going on. But I am assuming that you had interview and you were refused handed a 221g that your petition is being sent back. You said its been 8 months. It's taking 8 to 16 months for petitions to get back and reviewed and a letter sent to you from USCIS. The uscis.gov site to follow your case really will not help you.

When was the last time you called? Usually once it gets back to US they say give us 180 days. So I suggest you call ask for a Tier 2 Supervisor and see are they reviewing and how much longer before you get notification from them.

Okay Winnie I am really confused. You have requested to be added to the case complete spreadsheet with Case Complete date of 8/8/2015 :unsure: . But you are posting your petition has been sent back 8 months ago.

2015-07-18 CFO denied sticker. Reason for denial: She does not believe the reason for divorce listed in my divorce decree. What the hell???
