Does anyone know if we can still change the address if we submitted DS-160 already and scheduled the interview? Or we should make a new form?

Also I was not able to include my middle name on DS-160? Do i need to make a new one? Or can I just inform the CO on the day of interview about the correction? Need your help :(

You can update that information at the interview, simply inform the CO (have everything wrote down on a sheet of paper, this will remove possible errors) .

With that said, if it makes you feel better to complete a new DS-160 that is not a problem either. Once you complete the new DS-160 toss the old confirmation page and bring the new confirmation page to the interview - done.:)

If I make a new DS-160, Is it ok to keep as is the old appointment interview schedule? My worry is the name appearing in my interview appointment schedule also doesnt have my middle name. Will this be a problem When I come to my interview date?

Thanks hank! :) If I make a new DS 160, will it affect my interview schedule?

Nope, won't affect anything. Just bring the new confirmation page from the "new" DS-160, the CO will pull your NEW DS-160 up using the new confirmation page you provided.

You have the interview confirmation, you will be fine, don't worry about the middle name. As long as everything is the way it should be and your documents are all correct.

Hank I have another question. Since I made a new Ds160, the address of my fiance there is updated already. My problem is the address I gave last week during my medical is the old one? Do I need to go back to St lukes to change the address?

No need to return to SLEC to update them. Your main concern is that the address in the DS-160 is current.

Nope. Forget about SLEC.

Thank you Green and Hank! I'm just worried that the CO will question the address of my fiance doesnt match with my ds160.

That isn't a worry, if the CO asks, simply answer him - that the new address on the DS-160 is the correct one.
