Hi, I am wondering if the Philippine embassy charges the child for their Visa or only the Fiance Visa? I have a friend who is slightly ahead of us in the process and he said the child's Visa is at no costs but I would like to know for sure.

Thanks for the help.

There is a fee for the child to interview for a visa. DS-160 and fee payment plus required documents from the Embassy Letter need to be completed.

From the EL it states:

The application fee for a K1 or K2 nonimmigrant visa is US$350, payable only in Philippine pesos at the prevailing exchange rate.

Two visas, two sets of fees... for EVERYTHING.

Hasn't been $350 for the visa fee in years, current fee is $265 each. That embassy instructions letter you linked is from 2010... very antiquated
