DOUBLE CHECKING INTERVIEW DOCUMENTS

If i sent the original copies of the tax transcripts mailed from the IRS for both my husband and co-sponsor to NVC do i need to bring them again to the interview?

And what about the passport like photos, I sent 2 to the NVC also.

The only things noted on my interview letter to bring are the original documents of my marriage certificate, passport, birth certificate and criminal record check.

Also is it recommended that i bring even more proof of our relationship?

- I also want to take a minute to thank everyone on this site. I followed this place religiously for a couple years before we were finally ready to start this journey and I couldnt have done it without this community. As hard as it is visajourney made it as easy as possible. Taking the long trip out to Montreal on Friday and I couldnt be more excited. October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

Did you get an interview date? If you have the letter for the interview it will tell you what you need to bring. And some they don't like the W2.

Original copies of everything you previously submitted. Birth certificate, marriage certificate, divorce papers if either of you have been previously married, the most recent tax returns for your spouse and additional sponsors AND their W2 - make sure you have the W2. Make sure your criminal record check is less then 6 months old by the date of the interview.

My medical wanted 5 photos and the consulate wanted an additional 2 photos.

Aside from that I brought every package I've sent with all the information in case they needed additional papers or info.
