Attempting to Scedule the Medical

So for the last few days my fiancé has been calling 020 7486 7822 to try and schedule his medical.

When he dials he says there is no ring, it is quiet for a bit, then beeps and the call ends.

Is this normal? Is anyone else experiencing this? Is it indicating that the line is busy and he should keep trying, or something else?

It's a little frustrating to say the least..

I phoned this morning and got through ok, didn't sound like they are overbooked as she asked me for a date that was best for me (including next week!) and I had a choice of times, has he managed to get through yet?

He did eventually get through yesterday and we have the medical scheduled now!

Oh that's awesome they have openings so soon! We purposefully asked for a later date since I will be in London visiting over the holidays and that way I can go with him! We were planning on sight seeing in London anyways so it just made sense to do it then.
