Hello guys, wanted some feedback as well. My fiance and I had our K1 interview on October 23 and were approve and told to wait 10 days. Its been a month later and the ceac website states that the visa is issued but when i track the passport it states no status available for this document. I have called numerous of times and i get different information everytime i call. Can someone help us.

I have called the USA consular number for Santo Domingo Consulate. Everytime i sprak with someone they tell me something different from ehat the website says. I am worried that its going through an unnecessary delay.

but its is again struck in AP after ready to Ap and ready and again Ap till now

K-1 are iniitally under Immigrant Visa, once you go through AP to approved, it goes back into AP under the Non Immigrant section. From there it will be issued. Usually within a few days span of time. Just keep logging into case status to receive the latest updates.

Passport has been received. What i realize is that usually the K-1 visa are issued rapidly unless you have a K-2 as well. And the consulate made an error on my fiance passport and caused it to delay. But finally we will be together very soon.

No one can tell you. It could take days, weeks or months. All you can do is wait.

Yes I agree with the member above. It all depends on how fast the consulate officer process your case. I waited longer bc they made a mistake. Just think positive and you will receive the passport soon.
