Steps to Take After Reciving Case # and IIN

Ok so after 27 days of waiting we finally received our Case Number and our Invoice Identification Number (IIN) So i soon as i logged on, i completed the DS-261 application now the status says completed. took me about 2 minutes max to fill out the application. filling out the application itself took me 30 seconds really and i took a minute and a half just looking over the data making sure everything is perfect. So now my question is what do i do next? Do i pay for the AOS and the IV Fee? or am i waiting for a green light from nvc to make the payment? Here is how the NVC looks like at login.

I have the same issue, however when you press to pay now-it should be possible to press and pay, but mine box still not possible to press button "select", so as i know it could take up to 15 days to receive an invoice from them to pay, however, VisaJourney members suggests:

*Tip: if after a week of submitting the DS-261 and the IV fee hasn't been unlocked yet, you can try calling NVC and requesting they review the DS-261 over the phone. If the operator refuses to do so, try again until you get a nice operator that is willing to do so.
