I wanna know who among the vjers have undergone personal/psych eval. test at st. luke's. What to expect?

Hi, I had my Psychiatric Evaluation at SLEC last April 2015. I was interviewed by a Psychiatrist. Don't worry you will be fine. You just have to answer the questions as honest as you can. It's normally about your personal life and your family background. They would also ask you why you do this and that? What were the reasons you did it? They wanna know that you are in your state of mind, won't harm yourself and won't be a threat to the society.

They will also ask you what you have written in the Psychiatric Evaluation form. Take note that you may notice repetitive questions, sometimes they ask the same question 2 or 3 times. Make sure to be consistent with your answers. Don't panic, just relax. You can do it :-)

Just be yourself. I also had my psy eval when I admitted that I had tried mj once and be honest. Good luck!

Family history questionare. Occupation, birth dates, ages of brothers, sisters, and parents. Then I would assume the questions will be based on the reason for the evaluation.

2015/10/12 SLEC Medical, required to get doctor certificate and return the 30th.

2015/10/19 Went to hospital to get the doctors certificate for SLEC

2015/10/30 Appointment with doctor at SLEC for evaluation

2015/11/03 Completed medical

2015/11/05 Interview scheduled - APPROVED

2015/11/06 CEAC changed to issued

2015/11/11 Passport and visa delivered

2015/11/12 Passport stamped at CFO

How long will it take? Is it going to be a whole day?

Hi, I just want to ask here if what to do. I had my personal evaluation a while ago at SLEC. The evaluation went well the doctor is so nice. She told me, to go back to n room.she said the test is done.the nurse at n room told me to come back tomorrow. Because the report is not yet done. How would I know if the personal evaluation is okey? Would I get my vaccine tomorrow? Our interview is on dec 15th 7am. Please somebody here help me😭😭😭

You will get your evaluation report and told to get vaccinations ... 

You will be fine.
