Proof of Financial Support

Hey everyone,

Just received notice that our case is being sent from NY to my finance's embassy in London, trying to gather everything up for her interview.

What does she need to show proof of financial support? I work full time as a retail manager and would make enough to support us, do I need to send her my pay stubs or does she show her bank info? Once we're married and her status is changed she'll be actively looking for work.

In this case you are the one that they are looking at for proof of support.

You will need to fill out the following form and send in proper documentation.

You need to provide an I-134 and proof of your current income, which would be most recent tax transcript, letter from employer or recent pay stubs.
