  1. Completed and signed for G-1145

  2. Money order for I-130 filing fee $420

  3. Completed and signed form I-130

  4. Completed and signed form G-325A and 1 passport style photo (petitioner)

  5. Completed and signed form G-325A and 1 passport style photo (beneficiary)

  6. Copy of petitioner’s birth certificate (I was born in the Philippines do I still need to provide this?)

  7. Copy of ALL pages of US passport (I became a US citizen through my dad who became a US citizen while I was still a minor, is my US passport enough proof of my citizenship or do I need to obtain a Citizenship certificate?)

  8. Copy of our marriage certificate (got married in US 3 years ago)

  9. Copy of Daughter's birth certificate (born here in US 3 years ago, 2 weeks before we got married, will it cause any problem that I gave birth to our only child 2 weeks before getting married?)

  10. Proof of a bona fide relationship

Evidence A: Copy of same Residential address in Canada ( 1st apartment was before we got married, he lived there for 1year, I stayed for 6 months as a tourist but my name was on the rental agreement. 2nd apartment was after we got married, again he lived there for 1 year, our daughter and I stayed for 10 months, unintentionally overstayed in canada for four months. I don't know if I should add this as evidence since technically I was only a tourist but my name is on the rental agreement.) Evidence B: Pictures of us with family, friends, on vacations and during holidays and all other important events that I printed out on regular paper, 4-6 pictures each page with date, location, occasion, names. (We don't really have a proper wedding photo it was just us kissing, wearing regular clothes, with an ordained person from city court, is it okay not to provide wedding photos or should I provide that one picture with an explanation?) Evidence C: Receipts from western union, plane tickets, copies of our annual tickets from theme parks with our names on it. Evidence D: screenshots of our texts and FaceTime calls.

Should I send this now? Do I need to correct, add, remove anything? Please help I don't want anything to go wrong, it has been so stressful but I am just looking forward to having him here with my daughter and I :) Thank you.
