Hello everybody!

Please help me with this confusing form i-134.

My fiance's mother (my future mother in law) will be our co-sponsor for K-1 visa. I have a few questions:

1) #3 relationship to sponsor...what does she have to write?? future daughter in law??

2) #8 the following persons are dependent upon me for support: wholly dependent or partially dependent? what would be better to choose????

3) #11 intend or do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person...

Help me, please. Thank you.

Alina.

1.) Future daughter in law works fine! My mom had Future son in law on hers, and our friend who did our second cosponsor ship just had friend.

2.) If your mother-in-law has anyone that is dependent on her, she writes their names and then marks if they are wholly or partially. If your mother in law doesn't have any children under 18, claim anyone as a dependant on her taxes, or support anyone financially CURRENTLY then simply have her write none.
She does not write you in this, ONLY people who are dependent on her at the time of her filling it out. So if she has children under 18, the she writes their name and checks wholly, if she has someone that she claims as a dependent on her taxes but only supports a little bit, she writes their name and checks partially. None of these, then she writes none and that's it.

3.) This guide shows but you don't check either box, and then write on the lines "N/A (K1 VISA PROCESS FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE)" - http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-134.pdf
