Congrats on making it this far! Yes the phone records in general is proof of an ongoing relationship(marriage). Other proofs are letters, emails, cards, photographs, chat/skype/facetime logs.

Others chime in as well

I would suggest not including Western Union Receipts.

I was told because West African countries are high fraud countries...seeing any exchange of money is not exactly a good thing.

Everything else looks good.

Make sure you have original of marriage certificate, birth certificate and police certificate.

Maybe Western Union receipts showing money transferred from the petitioner would be good in paddy111ywy's case because of the US Citizen Child - shows that the petitioner(spouse) is (still) supporting his child or both wife and child.

You have to take in Originals plus photocopies of Civil Documents to the US Embassy for the interview. It's required of the beneficiary.

@ zaakirah, all original documents were sent to nice so am taking the photocopies with me.what do you think?

I mean were sent to nvc

paddy111ywy My apologies. Yes, take photocopies (of the original) with you to the interview since you have already submitted in those original civil docs to the NVC.

Reference:travel.state.gov

Do I need to bring copies of the originals submitted to the NVC?

If photocopies of original documents were not provided to the NVC with the original submission, they should be presented during the visa interview so that the original documents may be returned to you.

Everything you have is good. Just print more of it. If it's whatsapp, print from the very beginning and every month if possible. Lots and lots of it. In fact, don't take anything out. Get about 5 folders of chats and logs Dom skype, vibes and what have you. For the pictures, buy an album, put pictures from the very beginning and work your way down, with labels and description. From first meeting, to the very last time you were together.
