Hi,

We haven't received our Rfe letter after 3 weeks waiting, they were supposed to send it on 21 st October but when we call Uscis customer service they just advice to wait until 20th November as stated on the uscis website, my case status! We know we have a deadline but we are clueless about the specific time we have as limit and of course we have no clue about what are reason of the RFE. Anyone can advice? Address haven't changed but over the phone they can't confirm the address where the letter has being sent. we are very frustrated and worried. thanks a lot.

Welcome to the forum.

You need to wait for the RFE letter. To speculate as to the nature of the RFE without the letter is of little use. Don't worry, bad news always seems to have a tendency to show up. B-) . Hopefully it will be something minor, that can be easily remedied. At least you know that someone is working on your petition

While you are waiting, :time: It helps everyone that uses the forum.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Pitaya has great advice above. The only thing i can add is about your question on how long you get to reply, we also received an rfe, it was dated October 23 and had a required response date of January 15, 2016. When you receive the letter, it will give your specific date.
