Hello everyone,

I just got the rejection for AOS letter saying I included wrong amount. I called the USCIS about resubmitting my package. They said I can send my old package with right amount. My question is Can I send that same old package or do I need to send the new package. ANother concern is my i 693( medical from us civil surgeon is open) do i just send that old open document with it?

I called the uscis and they said I can just send the old document with 1 page at the top which they sent me.

I just feel like they didn't understand my concern.

any input would be appreciated.

Thank you

Suman

Your best course of action is highlighted above, send the entire old package with the correct amount. Be sure to mention the condition/appearance of the old package in your cover letter.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Yes, send the package as it is along with the paper they included with the rejection. That will show them why your paperwork was opened and looks how it does now. Be sure to include the correct amount of $1070(more if you are including K-2 applicants as well).
