Hi everyone. I just wanted to see if anyone else was having the same issue with the posted processing times on this website.

Currently what is posted for K1 Visas on this site is

I-129F for K-1 Visa

CSC: Oct-2

TSC: Apr-29

VSC: Sep-7

My case was sent to the CSC with a NOA1 of 9/23/15. Therefore based on this site's info my case should already have been processed. I'm just wondering how much member data goes into these posted processing times so I can determine how accurate they really are? What have been other people's experiences with the processing times posted on this site? Are they generally accurate? My congressman told me he talked to the CSC and he was told they are currently at approx 4 month processing time. This is a drastic difference from what is posted on this site. I originally thought this sites information was based on some government posted info, but couldn't find anything like it on any government site. Then I dug a bit deeper into this site's info and found it's based on member data. This leads me to believe it may not be so accurate...?

Any feedback/Advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks everyone.

It is based on member data and thus intent is to be more accurate but alas less knowledgeable users fail to update or inaccurately so...etc. lots of members start off well intentioned and sometimes dont keep up w/ their timelines...or screw up which service center. But on the whole the timelines most like yours I think still provide a good indicator. Its a barometer not a blood test real time to some special govt feed.

Its to be used as a rough guide not an end all be all.

NOA1 even says to expect 30 days and its fairly accurate, you're roughly at that window for NOA2.

While quite a few applications from late September have been approved, you are not the only one who is still waiting.

Have you filled out your timeline? Once you do you will see a date near the bottom when you view it that will give you a range of when to expect your NOA-2.

If that date has passed, they suggest calling USCIS and inquiring about your petition. I have not had to do this myself, and do not know how helpful calling has been for others, but it's what this site suggests.

It was inaccurate for mine. It said I should have received the NOA2 Approval by August to September and it took until Oct 21st to receive it after 7.5 months from the TSC. I called the middle of Sept and they said unless it was after the date given on the website below they couldn't give me the status and I would just need to wait. Unfortunately the post date is always a month behind but based on the date for mine is showed they were on Feb 20th applications on Feb 15th and mine was Feb 27th and a week later I received an email for NOA2 Approval. I thought the dates on the USCIS website were wrong but apparently not. This process takes a lot of patience and prayers. Good luck!
