Hello every one,

I need some help. Regarding that I was adjusting through marriage with a Us citizen, my TPS (granted Protected status) is active, which I have being renewing every eighteen month to live and work in the USA since 2001.

My question is. if none of us show up to the interview appointment date will that action lead me to lose my granted TPS?

Thanks for any reply.

Why would you not go? If you don't go you will definitely not get permanent resident status.

Thank you Jose&Eli.

My wife is the one that does not want to go to the interview.as a matter of fact she left home a week ago..I m afraid to lose my temporary Protected status which I obtained back in 2001.

Yep. No go no greencard. Both need to be there. I wouldn't be relying on TPS as it could be repealed eventually if the government decided.

Thank you for your reply.

I was granted TPS way back before married to my USC wife, and as you stated,it's up to the government decision to extend it or revoke it .

Will this situation lead me to lose it?

Thank you.
