On the Waiver Updates thread some June fliers have gotten approvals and/or RFEs. Just before we filed our waiver the wait time was 4 months, but now of course its longer now. Par for the course with us. Everything taking twice as long.

So i called USCIS on 15th ...they said to wait a day or two to get the new chart of processing times on i601 cases.....but the guy was really nice and he told me that they should be working on june cases right now.....but we can see the clear report in couple of days guys.

That is good. Hopefully it will change to something good. not still April. Some approved are coming in from all over, can't tell which month they are working on. Fingers crossed.

This is the greatest lesson a child can learn. It is the greatest lesson anyone can learn. It has been the greatest lesson I have learned: if you persevere, stick w/it, work @ it, you have a real opportunity to achieve something. Sure, there will be storms along the way. And you might not reach your goal right away. But if you do your best and keep a true compass, you'll get there. Edward M. Kennedy,
