Hi VJ Friends,

I need help completing the I-184 Form. Here are my questions

1. For Part 2, when it ask about the Mailing Address, is it the beneficiary or petitioner?

2. For Part 3: I will be having a joint sponsor. In question number one that says;

I am sponsoring the principal immigrant named in Part 2.

Yes or No ( applicable only in cases with two joint sponsors)

What do I Answer?! I will be having only ONE Joint Sponsor.

3. THIS QUESTION IS VERY IMPORTANT AND LONG:

Regarding Part 4: it is asking about Country of Domicile.

I am currently living with my husband abroad ever since we got married BUT have gone back to the states TWICE and WORKED.

The first time I was out of the USA for 6 months and spent 2 months in USA working. Then I spent out of the USA for 9 months and went back recently to work for 3 months. I have current bank accounts, credit cards and will be having a job when I go back.

** Do I need to establish Proof that I will be re-establishing back to the USA?!

4. For Part 5: When it ask to enter the number of people that I am sponsoring, which is 1, and ask also to put 1 if I am Married in question 3, am I counting my husband TWICE?!

5: I ordered my tax transcripts. Do I need to submit w-2s?!

I would SO Appreciative for whoever takes their time to answer my questions and guide me. It's been a hectic week trying to move everything as fast as we can to keep the process flowing.

Thanks a million in advance ???

Beneficiary

Check YES.

Your country of domicile should be US. If you've been living out of US most of the time, you have to provide proof that the outside stay is temporary and you are maintaining domicile in US, supported by tax returns, bank accounts, getting mails in US. If you can't provide that, you have to provide proof that you will be establishing domicile in US. There are some cases where visas have been on put on AP until they receive the proof of domicile in US.

4. For Part 5: When it ask to enter the number of people that I am sponsoring, which is 1, and ask also to put 1 if I am Married in question 3, am I counting my husband TWICE?!

Put 0 on 3 since your spouse is the intending immigrant and is already covered in 1.

5: I ordered my tax transcripts. Do I need to submit w-2s?!

W-2s are not required if you are submitting tax transcripts.

I would SO Appreciative for whoever takes their time to answer my questions and guide me. It's been a hectic week trying to move everything as fast as we can to keep the process flowing.

Thanks a million in advance ???
