hello, im starting to familiarize the Adjustment of status process, but someone told me i would have a problem if theres no check on the US vaccination Complete in vaccination records given by slec.

so i keep browsing and someone advice me. that i just need to find a civil surgeon whos willing to transcribe my vaccination records.

im really confuse. coz some had check on complete box and some dont.

Ours is the same way, the required vaccinations and the flu shot all have dates but the only checks are those for the vaccinations given. We are also attempting AOS and the info about this very confusing. Different sites have different info as to what is required fort k1 AOS

I read somewhere the check boxes in section 2 section are only checked for immigrant visas not non-immigrant like the K1

Are you referring to the line that states "Vaccine history complete, all requirements met" ? If that is the box you are referring to, NO it does not need to be checked.

For AOS refer to the instructions on page 4, section 7c. I also suggest your make a copy of page 4 of the instructions, then highlight section 7c and attach it to a copy of the DS-3025 that you submit with your I-485. I suggest this because some adjudicators at USCIS don't seem to have a clue when it comes to the medical requirements regarding the K-1 visa.

The one-year from medical date is a new thing from what I understand...it used to be that you had to file within on year of your medical. Now you will get an RFE if your case is not adjudicated within one year of your medical. I THINK that this is not supposed to pertain to K-1's, but it does anyway. Back to your original question: Does your DS-3025 indicate that you are "eligible for blanket waiver?" If os, then follow Hank_'s advice. Good luck.

That is nothing new.

So which website and instructions would your follow? Those from USCIS or from some lawyer (without a clue) that put up a website?

Nope, don't need the blanket waiver box checked either.

Nothing has changed in regard to the one year requirement and the medical with USCIS.

Biggest reason there are issues is because MANY adjudicators at USCIS don't know the actual requirements for the K-1 visa, thus want to see the I-693. And that is why I suggest to make a copy of page 4 of the I-485 instructions, highlight section 7c and attach it to the DS-3025.

Some choice to find a civil surgeon to transcribe the DS-3025 to the I-693 to appease the ignorant adjudicators. Your choice.

yes hank. thats what my other friend advice me. she did that. she find a civil surgeon to transcribe her ds-3025 to the i-693.

Not that I know of. Were you given an instructions from the embassy or at POE? I know those that had to undergo the TB treatment have to be retested once in the states. But never heard of any additional requirement for those that did not test positive.
