Hi Guys,

Here I'm to help my friend again :) Her Husband lived his Whole life on the same Address in another state, since they got married he moved to Texas. The house that they are living now, his wife bought and putted on her Son name, her son is 18 years old and is on student visa here, the money was from her ex husband (her kids daddy to the kids), so thats why she putted on the middle son name. It has to prove lease or own the house right? Soooo... what they should do? explain on the cover letter abot them situation, or what? i have no idea what to do. :content:

USCIS does not care who owns the house they live in.
