Hello please help me ..i am bringing my two kids to travel with me ..i want to know if they are needed during the interview...should they be present during the interview at the embassy and also do i need to apply for a permit to travel for minors even if me their mother will travel along with them? Please advise me ...thank you! Godbless Us all!!

It depends on the embassy you are having the interview at if the children are to attend, some do not require children under 14 to be present at the interview. You can check this information on your countries embassy page.

You will need either sole parental/ responsibility court papers or a notarized letter from the father permitting the children to move indefinitely to the U.S.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

I believe you will list them on the DS-160 online form as requesting K-2 visas for them and that they will be travelling with you.

They will need their own medicals performed and you will have to pay the visa fees for them also.

Yes, they will need to come to your interview also and they may be interviewed also.
