Expedite request to NVC

Hello everyone, this forums have been very helpful for me to not stress so much with this process even tho I have a great attorney, most of the time they don't like to take risks like now.

My case is in review in NVC since Sept/30, my partner and I got a business together but also he is running for a political position. today I received a call from the manufacturing company in Spain I use for my business, they desperately need to have a meeting with me for a project that we need to negotiate to keep running our business and also to keep our great relations.

Can be possible to REQUEST TO EXPEDITE my case to get the visa interview soon in order for me to keep our business growing? so I can go to Spain before the end of this year.

All your thoughts will be appreciate it.

I don't understand why you need to expedite your US visa to visit Spain. You can go now or wait until after the interview and you have your passport back. Usually the visa is good for six months after the medical exam.

Well i would like to expedite my case review in NVC to get my immigrant visa interview and then come here and go to spain for business matters.

My attorney said that is better for me to fly to Honduras where my visa interview is scheduled.
