Can someone lend me their time?

Would this be reasonable for us to co-sponsor

I am petitioning for my husband. I don't make enough on my own so my mother is going to combine her income with me (she lives in same household)

We would have 3 household members. We would need above $25,112

My mothers tax returns

2013-$12,534
2014- $18,581

My mother is at the same job at 2014 so for 2015 it should be around the same.

My tax returns
2014- $1,595 (I had started working in October)

I'm still at this job part time and I also recieve SSI but I know SSI cannot be counted.

Is it a problem if I've only worked since October 2014?

My last few pay stubs were

June-$570
July- $580
August- $503
September- $559

How can I calculate how much my annual income is going to be??

Do I need to wait until the year ends?

And would our number be anywhere close to $25,112?

February 4th- case complete.

February 24th- Interview scheduled for April 19th

hi

This is my opinion, you don't make enough, between the 2 of you, the combining income has to be over the poverty guideline not close but above the minimum

do you or your mom have money in the bank or assets that you could use

if you use a calculator and an average of 12 months

so if you made $570 a month x 12 the estimated yearly income would be $6,840 + $18,581 (estimated) = $25,421, barely making it over the poverty guidelines

as stated assets?

if not I would try to find someone else with higher income

Do not go by Tax returns for current income as current income is the expected gross income for the year. The TaX return will show the actually income you made which is not the same a current income

The best way to caculate current income is if you and your mom get paid hourly use the formula- paid per hour x average hour work per week x 52 weeks in a year= current income add your income and your mom income together

If you can not do it that way average your monthly salary out before taxes and x it by 12 do the same with your moms and add both together

no it will not be a problem being at your job since Oct 14 That is lot more time then i was at my job when my wife was getting her visa. I started working new job Aug 2014 i did the AOS feb 15 so I had only been working about 6 months
