Hi all,

we got approved for I-129F last August 25, 2015.. I have been calling nvc 3x/week but still no luck with the mcn. Today was our 29th day from approval and I called NVC, they said they haven't received our case from USCIS. So I called USCIS and inquired about our case. The customer service said our case is still pending of sending out to NVC. THe one I talked to did not know the time frame but he said it may take up to 90days.

We just hate to wait and do nothing.

Is there a possibility that my fiance can do his medical without the MNC number? maybe just show the approval letter from USCIS with his passport.

And can he do CFO without the MCN number? Does CFO sticker has expiration date?

Thank you in advance.

Everything runs off the MNL#. Once you have it then you can do your medical and CFO.

Everything with the visa process is connected to the MNL # (case file number), you need to wait until you have that before doing the medical and paying the visa fee and scheduling.

As for CFO you can complete that any time (it is not part of the visa process), but you can not get the sticker until you have the visa in the passport.
