Hi everyone!!!

My 2 year conditional green card will expire this Oct 2nd 2015. I might cant file with in the 90 days period due to financial struggles because my husband had an accident and had a surgery last March 2015. My questions is what if i file late of my form I 751 what should i do? or how late i can file before I am subject for removal? Then what are some proceedings might happened if I am a late filers? Please anyone who had the same experience, Please comments. Thanks in advance!!!!

Its Alot of unnecessary paperwork if you don't file. You knew you needed to file . I would think you would have set aside the filing fee. Do a search in the search bar on top. I'm sure there are others who have run into the same issue
