Change Name on Green Card

I have been a green card holder for almost 5 years. I recently got divorced and would like to change my name back to maiden.

Does anyone know what the process is for updating the name on the green card? Is it as simply as them issuing a new card with the updated name? Or do I have to go through the same process again, like renewing it?

Thanks.

This is the same form to use when someone's green card is expired... and the same fees?! Oh God.

Ok, thank you so much for your reply.

Yes, unfortunately it is the same form with the same fees as renewing just to change your name.
