Mother filing for Child under 21

For a mother (is lawful permanent resident) filing a i-130 for child under 21, i am about to send the package tomorrow just want to verify i included everything necessary:

· Money order payable to U.S. department of Homeland security in the amount of $420

· I-130 Petition for Alien Relative signed by petitioner

· Copy of the alien registration card (Petitioner)

· Copy of the child's birth certificate (Beneficiary)

- Copy of child’s birth certificate translated by a sworn certified translator

- Copy of the child’s passport biographic page (Beneficiary)

please advise if i am missing anything, thank you very much for your help!

Side question: how did the mother get permanent residency? why did the child not immigrate with her?

she got it through me her elder son.

child passport pages are not required by USCIS. you need to send them at NVC stage. She needs to send only the photocopy of both sides of her GC and birth certificate of child. Of course form I 130 and a check amounting $420/.
