MY visa category is f4. we are 4 family members. But my sister(petitioner) unable to arrange a joint sponsor for our family. we have paid the visa fee for all members. Now i want to withdraw my faimly members from the case.



At that time it is possible to withdraw my family member from the case? So that i can olny appears in the interview.

Dec 21, 2002: I-130 NOA1 [Enter in computer + Priority Date]

Oct 12, 2009: NEBRASKA SERVICE CENTER ask for evidence
Nov 13, 2009: NEBRASKA SERVICE CENTER receive evidence response

Nov 18, 2009: I-130 NOA2 [Approve on the base of evidence]

Nov 23, 2009: Shipped this approved case to National Visa Center

Dec 25, 2009: NVC Assign Case Number

Mar 05, 2015: DS-261 Submitted

Have you actually been called for an interview? Sibling petitions take a long time, and if your interview is not imminent, your sister's circumstances may change for the better before the I-864 is needed...

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Thanks for your reply. Still i have to submit the supporting and financial documents. But before submitting the documents i want to withdraw my family members. If yes then what will be the procedure. Please help me in this regards.
