HELP! Re: Packet 3/4 (Montreal)

Hi guys,

So I'm a bit confused as to what to do next. I sent packet 3 off a few hours ago. Within moments, I received an e-mail confirmation and then a couple hours later another e-mail informing me that I am now ready to schedule my visa appointment. I thought the Montreal embassy had to schedule it for you? Am I mistaken in that? Can I go ahead and book the medical and interview myself or should I wait until I receive packet 4 in the mail?

I booked my interview and medical after getting that interview email. Can you share what it looks like?? I could let you know if it's the same that I received :) but definitely don't wait for it to come in the mail! :)

Nope - for K-1 you schedule your own interview. (I think Montreal schedules the spousal visas). Your email was packet 4 :) No need at all to wait for the hard copy, and I do not suggest it. Go ahead and click the link in the email to make an appointment and to choose a location for your Loomis carrier. Once you have scheduled your interview, call one of the approved physicians and book that appointment appropriately!
