I've been busy today looking ahead in terms of all the forms. Last question for the night.

I am a student in professional school so I live off of student loans. We get enough for housing, food, ect.... basically everything! I read that won't qualify as income. I have my brother co-sponsoring, he has a steady job as a surgical resident, makes more than 125% of the poverty line for 4 (himself, his wife, me, and my fiancee) but he is otherwise pretty broke (bank $0.00 lol) month to month you get the point. Is he a good sponsor?

I myself have assets and enough coming in to support me and her, i won't be asking my brother for a dime, just paper work!

hi

yes,, but he doesn't need to count you

it's his wife and himself plus your fiancé, so he needs to meet the amount for a household of 3

you will file an ii134 as the petitioner and your brother will file another i134 as your joint sponsor and there is no obligation for him to have money in the bank
