I-134 I need help with question 9 and 10 on form

Hello to everyone it has been awhile since i added anything on my time line. Well everything is finally moving forward. Petition was approved, sent to NVC, now being forward to the US Consulate in China.

I am filling out the I-134 and question 9 and 10 has me a little confused. I was married to a Filipino we married in 2010 and since divorced in 2014 and she is living her own life now. Well any back to my question.

Qeustion 9 ask if i have previously submitted an affidavit of support for the following person. I will enter my ex-wife name for this one

Question 10 ask if i ever submitted a visa petition to USCIS on behalf for the following persons.Do i need to enter my ex-wife name for this question and my fiance' name for this question?

I have enough income for that is 125% above poverty level for family of 5, my concern is that i ex-wife may be a problem in the eyes of the consulate or am i worrying for nothing?

Did you petition for a fiancé visa for your ex-wife as well? If so, you will have to include your ex's name and your current fiance's as well.

Yes back in 2010, I figured i needed to add her also. Just wanted to be sure in my mind i am filling the form out correctly and not add things that are not necessary.

So the answer is yes, add both of their names and the dates.

Does not have to have been a previous I-129F petition for a fiance(e). It includes all visa petitions, such as an I-130 for a spouse or other immediate relative.

The ex will be listed on #9 and 10.

If you have an active I-864 for the ex-wife, then it will impact the current I-134 as the ex will also be included in your household size. Same goes for later when you file the I-864 for the new wife once married and filing for AOS.
