Hello guys, I really searched everywhere about it, couldn't find an answer anywhere.

1- I have the M1 student visa here in the US, and I am a game developer and I am studying in the area, I have a few games that I have to release but I don't know if I can release them commercially.

2- Which brings to the second problem, my game was approved on Steam and also got contract with SONY to develop for PS3/PS4, so I have to add my tax info here in the US, is there a way to get this tax info or upgrade to a visa that I can keep developing my own stuffs and sell?

3 - Is there any way that I can get some type of VISA if I prove or show that I can make something really profitable by my own and bring money to the US with tax?

4 - Is there anywhere some kind of visa agent or a type of lawyer.

Thank you all.

Best regards.

1. M1 does not allow you to do that.

2.Tax = income and you are here on a M1 that does not allow it.

3.VISA is a credit card, you want an investment visa? E2 would not seem applicable as no employees etc. EB5 comes to mind if you have the money.

4. No shortage of Immigration Lawyers. My assumption would be that there is no immeiate route but a :awyer may help you strategise a way forward longer term.

Thanks for the fast replay, it was kinda of what I excepted.

What I meant for lawyer was just someone that I could show my stuffs, orient me and help on some strategies to learn about it and try some extraordinary abilities stuff(or something similar) or see the process to open a company in here, and not bring problems to my M1. Some experts in the field, doesn't have to be a lawyer.

Bests

O1 would be for extraordinary abilities, you would certainly need a lawyer for that.

Seems you also need a Business Angel to partner with but that is well out of my knowledge area.
