hey everyone I have been to my interview on june 26,2015 and on july 16 my ceac statues says issued. till today (september5) I haven't received back my passport which is freaking me out making me frustrated knowing everyone gets their passport within two weeks. anyways i have contacted the american council in jerusalem, isreal where i had my interview and they told me to be patient its in final process of the case which takes up to two weeks or more its been over a month now and i have emailed them again and they said same thing again. now my question is if my ceac statues says issued does that mean my visa is approved and i will be getting a visa soon? and what should i do with my case?
